Delivering - Times

The delivering times are as the follow:

  • EUROPE: for english books published by DESTINY IMAGE EUROPE AND AMERICA: 3+1 days
  • EUROPE: for spanish books published by DESTINY IMAGE AMERICA: 3+1 days
  • REST OF THE WORLD: for english books published by DESTINY IMAGE EUROPE AND AMERICA: 5+1 days
  • REST OF THE WORLD: for spanish books published by DESTINY IMAGE AMERICA: 5+1 days

Delivering - Costs

The FREE FREIGHT (over € 30,00 purchase orders)  is RESERVED to these (17) countries:

  • Italy, Austria, Belgium, Danmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Norway, Nederlands, Portugal, UK, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
  • We consider the other countries as REST OF THE WORLD. The cost is about € 2,50 for each book.

Security

Destiny Image Europe uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure the highest security for credit card and personal details submitted to us over the Internet.

Purchasing progress through the online bookstore - Details

The purchasing progress through the online bookstore finishes with the page CUSTOMER DETAILS which follows the previous page CHECK OUT. Before pressing the button NEXT onto CUSTOMER DETAILS page, the customer may leave the order without generating any output. By pressing the the button NEXT onto CUSTOMER DETAILS page, the customer leaves the store. 

Refunds and Returns

The customer may cancel the order within seven working days following the day after the day you received your order. If you have received your book you will need to return it to the address below:

Standard Returns Policy

After the 'no questions asked' 7 day period we will accept books for return in any of the following cases:

  • The book was found to be damaged or faulty. We will either replace the book or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Please state which option you'd prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty copy from you before dispatching a new one.
  • The book was incorrectly supplied. If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund (including postage costs) will of course be given.

Provided the conditions above are met Destiny Image Europe will refund the cost of all such returns provided the books are returned to us by the most economical method. The books remain your property until we have received them. Returns are accepted at the discretion of Destiny Image Europe. Refunds will be given in the same tender type as the original payment.
