and on the free movement of such data. Destiny Image Europe
recognizes the concern of our customers regarding privacy
of information.
Storage
All information you give to Destiny Image Europe is stored
securely, and is not accessible to other users. Rest assured
that any information you give to Destiny Image Europe will
not be distributed to any other company outside of Destiny
Image Europe or its affiliated partners. We are committed
to protecting your privacy.
Use
of the collected data
We will only use the information that we collect about you
lawfully (in accordance with the European Union Laws).
We
will use your data only for: sending you newsletters, information
about promotions, discounts and contents about the activities
of Destiny Image Europe; to process your payment. We may,

that if your book is not available from our warehouse or suppliers
in Italy and we have to obtain it from abroad, we will need
to transfer the correct information to our suppliers outside

will receive an e-mail as a confirmation, as soon as we will
receive notice from the bank. Your order will be shipped upon

Delivering
Destiny Image Europe is able to give to the customers the
following delivering table:
ordinary
Italy: 3 - 4 days + delivery day
Europe: 6 - 7 days + delivery day
Rest of the World: 15 - 20 days + delivery day

ensure the highest security for credit card and personal details

page, the customer may leave the order without generating
any output. By pressing the theNEXT button to go to CUSTOMER
DETAILS page, the customer leaves the shop to enter into the
specific payment frame depending on the payment system selected;
if the customer wants to cancel the order after having pressed
the NEXT button to CUSTOMER DETAILS page, he must follows
the instructions contained in the below section Refunds and
Returns.
Refunds
and Returns
The
customer may cancel the order within seven working days following
the day after the day you received your order. If you have
received your book you will need to return it to this address:

If
the customer paid with VISA - MASTERCARD Credit Cards, by
exercising the recess right CORRECTLY, Destiny Image Europe
will cancel the debit completely, without generating any output.
Standard
Returns Policy
After
the 'no questions asked' 7 day period we will accept books
for return in any of the following cases:
The
book was found to be damaged or faulty
We will either replace the book or give you a full refund
(including postage costs). Please state which option you'd
prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive
the faulty copy from you before dispatching a new one.
The
book was incorrectly supplied
If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full
refund (including postage costs) will of course be given.
Provided the conditions above are met Destiny Image Europe
will refund the cost of all such returns provided the books
are returned to us by the most economical method. The books
remain your property until we have received them. Returns
are accepted at the discretion of Destiny Image Europe. Refunds
will be given in the same tender type as the original payment.
